Individual Therapy
Therapy for First Responders
Hello! I am so happy you are here. I know how hard it can be to make that first step in joining a counseling relationship and I don’t take that trust lightly. I am happy to help support you in any way that I can. I work with individuals, adolescents and couples dealing with things like anxiety, depression, stress, ineffective coping and communication and relationship struggles.
I work from a trauma informed perspective, which shifts the focus from “what’s wrong with you?” to “what happened to you?” I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral, person-centered and psycho-dynamic therapies to help you on your journey. No matter who you are, the fact is that life happens and sometimes you may need a little bit of help navigating the transitions you encounter. My hope is that we can work together to better help you navigate whatever life throws at you!
