Life comes with unexpected difficulties and none of them should be faced alone. Do you want to feel more connected with your spouse, have a better relationship with your children, or perhaps find some meaning in life? Therapy can help you achieve these goals and many others as well. I am glad you are here and look forward to us working together to break unwanted habits, learn healthier behaviors, and make positive changes.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, from childhood through to adulthood. I utilize a blend of cognitive behavioral, family systems, and psychodynamic therapy modalities to meet my client’s individual needs. Above all I take a person-centered approach to therapy which values what every individual uniquely brings into therapy. Out of this you can expect our therapy sessions to be compassion filled, judgement free spaces for you to share your story. For those clients who are open to Christian Counseling, I also find it helpful to explore faith as an important part of the healing and growth process.
